HOW TO ORDER?:
- Send us your order;
- Await our invoice;
- Your order is shipped upon receival
of payment.
You can
order kits, models or parts from us by: e-mail or good old mail. From
your second order we can accept orders by telephone.
Always state
the product code with every order. This eliminates errors, e.g. with specific
versions. Incorrect shipments caused by missing or incorrect codes are not DRA´s responsibility.
Always state
your postal address when ordering.
Every code
is six digit for a kit, and five digit for parts. The
letters indicate the make. While the numbers is most of the time the original
number indicated by the producer.
What we
offer by our website can be unavailable. Some products may in time be sold out
or even out of production.
Making an
error is human. Therefore we offer you the right for exchange within ten days
of purchase of each product. Exchange is only possible with unopened products. Exchange
can only be done with products against at least the same price.
Always
contact us first, before you return anything.

TERMS OF
DELIVERY
- Upon your order you will receive an invoice
stating (a part) of your order. We ship orders after receiving your
payment in advance.
- For every shipment postal costs are charged
according to Dutch Post TPG. Insurance can be applied upon request.
- There is no
minimum order quantity.
- Orders from outside the EC can be VAT-deducted (21%).
- Products we do not have in stock will be delivered
as soon as possible.
- Your order is firm and cannot be cancelled. Purchase of ordered products is
obligatory.
- Exchange of incorrect or incomplete kits is only
possible within 10 days of purchase. For exchange first always contact us
by e-mail or telephone. State your invoice number. Products send to us
without any notice up front can not be accepted. Products with opened bags
are excluded from exchange.
- De Roos Autominiaturen is not responsible for the quality of
all offered products.
- You accept all risks for possible damage caused
during transit/shipment. DRA will package all shipments in the best
possible way.
- De Roos Autominiaturen has no obligations to deliver. Orders
can be refused.
- DRA reserves the right of changes prices.
- All products remain property of De Roos Autominiaturen upon
payment.
- You accept our verkoopsvoorwaarden
when ordering from us.
- This website and printed matter from DRA can only
be used by you as customer of De Roos Autominiaturen. Companies making use from our website
or publications are in no way connected to us. Products that have not directly been purchased from De
Roos Autominiaturen, give
no right for exchange at DRA.
- In case one or more of the terms mentioned above
are not applicable, all others remain applicable.
